HISTORY:
The ocelot is mostly tan/brown with black spots. An ocelot weighs 20 to 35 pounds, They live about 7 to 20 years, depending on if they are in captivity. A litter size on average is about 1 to 2 kittens(clutter). They hold the kittens for about 75 to 85 days. Ocelots are carnivores, their diet consists mostly of snakes, birds, monkeys, rodents,( which they help keep the population down of ) and other small animals. Which is why they are so important in the ecosystem.
